#iran#press Zahra Jabari, feminist and activists,in iranian dungeon for being PMOI relative! No help from HR activists so far only in Iran

Call to save the life of political prisoner Zahra Jabbari, a relative of the residents of Camp Ashraf
Ms. Jabbari, suffering from a severe heart disease, is in critical condition after being transferred to a hospital designated for dangerous mental patients

The inhumane clerical regime has transferred Ms. Zahra Jabbari, 39, a political prisoner at Evin who suffers from severe rheumatic heart disease, to a hospital designated for dangerous mental patients in Tehran’s Amin Abad. She is being kept in extremely adverse conditions. The regime’s henchmen are refusing to give her even the clothing purchased for her by her family. The objective of this inhumane action is to demoralize her.

Ms. Jabbari, a mother of a four-year old, was arrested on September 18, 2009, and has been placed under some of the most severe pressures and tortures because five of her relatives, including her sister and two brothers are in Ashraf. During her show trials by the mullahs she had protested against the cruel tortures which had led to the pulling of her toe nails. The protest provoked the anger of the henchmen, to the extent that they prevented her access to medical treatment in order to take revenge for her action. For this reason, her condition is deteriorating day by day and she has lost her ability to move for months.
On March 21, she went into a coma and was on the brink of death as a result of being given the wrong medicine in prison and the refusal of the henchmen to provide her treatment.  She was eventually transferred to a hospital but was returned to prison shortly thereafter. Giving strong political prisoners wrong or harmful drugs is one of the well-known methods of the clerical regime to eliminate such political prisoners.
The Iranian Resistance calls on all international organizations, human rights organizations and other relevant United Nations institutions, particularly the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the special rapporteur for human rights in Iran, to enact immediate measures to end the suppression of families and investigate the situation of political prisoners in Iran.
